I would rate the service department a negative 5 stars. They (Malissa) lied about a part being ordered over two weeks ago, said the part was in and to bring it in on Monday, so I bring it in on Monday. Called about 5 asking if the car was done, and my reply was no, but it will be done in the morning. I call all day Tuesday, finally someone picks up the phone and said that they just got the part today. Again, I call at 5 asking about if it was done, no one even touched it.
