I have been a patient here for about a decade probably a little more. Hands down they care about your mental health. I feel comfortable here, last Doctor I was seeing retired, it was heartbreaking (Dr. Sydney Kelt) He did set me up with one of the new psychiatrist he thought would fit me best a doctor who actually shadowed Dr. Kelt when in the room with us a few times… his name is Taylor Herzog. If you can get in with Dr. Lucas, he truly is an amazing provider. My review is left because of the office policies and procedures. After my mom passed away, I felt the need to explore a relationship with a female psychiatrist. (I was very lost and distraught at the time). They allowed me to make that change as an exception and I realized after just a few appointments that I made a big mistake and wanted to go back to Dr. Lucas. I've struggled with (for lack of total disclosure) crippling, mental anguish for what seems like a lifetime. After trying several different traditional medications, which worked sometimes (until they didn't or suddenly included intolerable side effects), my latest resort failed. I have the pleasure of being a current patient of Dr.Idell. He is without a doubt, the best psychiatrist I have had in my life! I have been dealing with mental health issues for a majority of my life and have never had care like this before. I have been a patient for about 5 years dealing with medication management primarily but, had a rather severe mental health episode recently. Doctor Lucas is an AMAZING DOCTOR/PERSON I have been seeing Dr Lucas for 23years (he still looks the same fiy hasn't age hardly at all🤗❤️lol) he has always been there for me through my storm ..5 STARS are not enough for him he is BEYOND that 💯❤️ I can TRULY SAY!! he is the BEST 👌🏽 👍🏾 💯EVER!!!
