They seem to refuse to release any records and details of your history with them which is weird. They say it takes a month to process. But most places takes 5 business days. Be aware.
They REFUSE to reschedule my appointment after an honest mistake. So much for finding help with major depression. Office staff is VERY RUDE
I liked Dr. Hamilton she was very kind and concerned when I would cancel my appointments which made me feel important. She will also answer after hours for urgent medication related issues which is pretty rare and a nice perk. Again, showing that she cares for her patients. I had to stop care because they were too disorganized and wasted my time and money toward the end of my care with them. Dr Kelt is the best Dr ever.
Dr. Herzog is the most compassionate, understanding, and insightful psychiatrist I’ve seen. He not only listens to your experiences, but he gives you a say in your own treatment. The collaborative relationship Dr. Herzog builds with his patients is empowering and gives you a feeling of ownership in your mental health. He is thoughtful and attentive in his practice. The entire office is very professional, with a very patient-focused approach.
