I never want to leave Thornton Place! The park behind the buildings is beautiful, the office staff is lovely, and the location next to the light rail is perfect. However, due to recurring safety issues that the company can’t seem to get fixed, we cannot renew our lease here. The most glaring problem is the alarm system. False fire alarms are frequent and disruptive – there was a period of time where they were happening a few times a week. My boyfriend and I visited the community yesterday, and we were warmly welcomed by Kiki. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient throughout the entire tour. She gave us a thorough introduction, answered all of our questions in detail, and even followed up with an informative email after office hours — we really appreciated that! Kiki is clearly doing an amazing job, but the office seems a bit understaffed — she deserves more support! We’re really looking forward to living here.
Kiki and Michael are goated as hell for being present on weekends. They helped me with everything till it’s through.
