Apartment is beautiful and modern. Love that the light rail is a 5 min walk and movie theatre across the street. However, a few things that can be improved... the parking situation is interesting where we pay 155 a month per car and share the garage with retail and people visiting businesses. People also park here to take the light rail. They finally added a QR code to make people pay for parking over 3 hours but I have yet to see even one time, any tickets being issued or patrols during the day time. I loved living at Thornton Place! Great staff, great apartments, great location.
As a resident for a year and a half, I love this place! The office and maintenance staff are all wonderful, (Kiki, Shelby, Homer and Leif are all particularly good at their jobs) I recently needed my dishwasher replaced and it’s the best one I’ve ever had, there are a lot of really great businesses in the building plus the light rail is a block away. And the new electric charging stations mean I won’t have to move when I purchase an EV! It just keeps getting better and better!!
