I have dealt with two of the staff in their leasing office in the last two weeks and found each of exceptional professional and helpful.
The appliances in the apartment are really old. I experienced one time broken garbage disposal machine, two time broken dish washer, one time broken toilet, one time water leakage and the repair last two weeks, one time of no reason water leakage in other floor and the maintenance team made a huge whole in the wall of my room and left it there for 2 months. We just moved out of this complex and it has been such a great experience. The office staff is very attentive and communicative. They were all so friendly, especially with our dog, Zola. If it weren't for the crazy high rent in Seattle, we would have loved to stay!
My partner and I toured this apartment a couple weeks ago and while we did not end up moving forward, we had a lovely experience with the leasing agents, especially Kiki. Her passion for finding prospective clients the perfect apartment and upbeat attitude really made us want to live in the complex. She even went out of her way to accommodate our last minute request to tour the building (an hour before closing on a Sunday).
