We moved into our house about 6 months ago so I feel like I can give an accurate review! We had so much piece of mind purchasing our home after Desmond came out to inspect, walked us through and showed us areas with concerns and then provided us an email with a detailed summary of the inspection so we could address the problem areas with the sellers before closing with no guess work since we had seen it first hand and had it on paper as well.
