I bought a beautiful new townhouse in Cleveland, Tennessee and was confident that Desmond of Thornton Home Inspection would find nothing wrong. Well, as it turned out there were a number of cosmetic problems but nothing serious and one major problem with a roof vent that was blocked causing the heat not to escape through it which could have caused a major problem so time in the future.
