Developer tore down shared boundary, wall, that has stood for decades, Developer did not notify me. This is a matter of "doing the right thing". His site is dangerous, and encroaches on my property. His workers trespassed my property, damaged my patio, and my canopy. They have left my property to ongoing security risk, and danger to my tenants I have tenants with small children aged 2 & 4, along with a small dog.
