Dr Berman and all the staff are excellent. They provide the highest standard of care, and always make my cat, Jasmine, feel safe and relaxed when she goes for a visit.
I brought Bella in on Saturday because she had small bumps on her eyelids. Even though the clinic was fully booked, Csilla was kind enough to squeeze us in, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Leung was very thorough, took the time to assess Bella, and performed the necessary tests to make sure everything was okay. I felt reassured and well taken care of throughout the visit.
The staff is very kind. The doctor, Dr. Berman is very knowledgeable. My dog received excellent care.
I highly recommend this place: Always had a good experience with all the staff at Thornhill vet clinic. It’s been close to 5 years now and Dr Berman and Dr Leung consistently provide great care and advice. I never feel pressured to do more tests than is necessary. All my questions and concerns are answered and explained. Teddy always excitedly runs up the steps to see the staff. . He patiently waits for his turn to greet the doctor. 🩵🩷
