From the start, working with Jacob and his team at Thornhill Pools was a great experience. He and his team took the time to inspect every single piece of equipment to ensure everything was functioning properly. They respond to messages and questions quickly, they are always on-time, and they do a thorough job. Love the level of service I get from Jacob, Samuel and the team at Thornhill Pool Service. Honest and trustworthy, and always available to help. I thought I had a big problem today and called Jacob, turned out to be a quick fix which he gave me guidance over the phone so I could address it right away. Happy that my pool is being serviced by them!!
