Was referred to Thornhill Pool Services by a friend for an urgent maintenance issue after opening the pool for the summer. They came next day to diagnose the problem and within 24 hours to fix the issue. Great service and very reliable and will continue to use them for all our pool servicing.
From the start, working with Jacob and his team at Thornhill Pools was a great experience. Love the level of service I get from Jacob, Samuel and the team at Thornhill Pool Service. Honest and trustworthy, and always available to help. I thought I had a big problem today and called Jacob, turned out to be a quick fix which he gave me guidance over the phone so I could address it right away. Happy that my pool is being serviced by them!!
Great pool service! The whole team is professional, reliable, and always does a fantastic job. Their Customer service is exemplary, even helping with my pool issues on the Canada Day holiday . Highly recommended!
