Love It here – I have lived at Thornhill (previously Springhill) for about 3 years now. Yes I have seen office staff come and go, but I have always loved my apartment. I originally moved to Thornhill for its price, but I have fallen in love with the location. I will definitely be staying until they kick me out! I do have one complaint… I wish they allowed pets. Yeah I can have a small aquarium for fish, but they aren’t very cuddly.

My First Place!!! – love my new place! so glad to have a place to call my own. the office was great and worked with me even though i have very little credit. they offered me a discount becuase i am a student. going to slcc and im just down the street, only 1 bus to ride = awesome. this may not be the place i live forever, but while i am in school this works perfectly.

thornhill – my apartment was clean when i moved in. the landscaping is kept nice in though it is still winter. i love that the hot tub is open year round. you can hear some noise from other apartments, but nothing terrible. the apartments only have electric heat, which seems to be a little more expensive, but nice that i only that 1 utility bill. free wifi in the clubhouse was nice until i got my own set up.

Good for Me – This community has everything I could ask for. The gym is open until 11pm so I can run on the treadmill after work. My apartment is great, I have a washer and dryer in my kitchen, much easier than going to the laudry center. Also, they allow you to pay rent until the 5th (really nice when im in a bind and waiting for Friday). Im happy, I think im gonna stay here a while

great apartment! – just moved in.. i love my new place washer and dryer in my walk in closet. the staff helped me find an apartment within my budget that had all the things i was looking for. and they gave me 10% off my rent every month just for being a student!

My New Home – Thornhill has become my new home. I recently decided to move back to Utah to be close to family. I was looking for an apartment that was in the Taylorsville area that I was used to. I’m glad I found Thornhill. I looked at tons of apartments in the area and none of them made me feel comfortable like this one did. so very happy – I love my new apartment! Its soo cute and cozy! Having my own washer and dryer is awesome!! I was surprised at how fast I was able to move in, I submitted by application less than a week ago and I am already in! The apartment was clean when I moved in, there was a small problem with my a/c not working, but maintenance came out the same day to fix it, and now it works great.

office staff is great – Me and my husband just moved in and we couldn?t be happier! The apartments are a little small but we don?t need much space its just the 2 of us! Also, we could have gone with a larger apartment but opted for their smallest. My husband set everything up and I was pleased with how easy It was to come sign our lease and move in. it seems like a quiet community, wqe haven?t had any problems.
