Very organized and friendly
I have been a patient of this clinic for over 20 years. I love my family doctor dr Williams however the front desk is horrible. They are unfriendly and rude. Today I went to ask for a requisition the lady in reception would not even move forward for me to be able to hear her. She was unfriendly and very stand-off ish and it’s not only her the whole front office staff are like that and I am really getting tired of dealing with them.
I've been a patient for 5 years in this office. I dont remember any negative experience ever since my family joined Dr Rastogi's practice. She is effecient, understanding and gives you tough love when needed. Today, she was running behind and I had to wait for 30 mins. This rarely happens but I was so appalled by what I witnessed during this time.
