This is a top notch office. I would highly recommend this clinic. From the intake process to the instructions pre procedure and the actually procedure everything was highly professional and efficient. Dr. Richardson was wonderful and the nurses, especially Olena was amazing. The clinic class was exceptionally clean. Will definitely make this my preferred place for any future procedural work. Top notch, professionally medical clinic.

I've never had such an incredible experience at a clinic as the Thornhill Endoscopy Centre. The staff were absolutely exceptional, particularly Dr. Aaron (anesthesia), Nurses Ariana, Ron, Leah, and Dr. Bui. I am truly grateful for the care I received and wish that more healthcare teams were as great as this! Thank you so much, Ritva

Wow every single step was incredible. Dr Richardson is professional and calming, Mark the anesthesiologist was awesome and the nurses were kind and gentle. The office staff specifically Ohma and Marion made me feel at ease as I was so nervous as a first time patient doing a test and they were so quick to answer all my phone calls and emails. I highly recommend this amazing clinic. They are exceptional. Just had a colonoscopy today!
