Not my favourite thing to do, however the place is one of the best ever as in customer service and procedures. They are so nice and make the visit way better than the prep. The reception were both pleasant. Only person not particularly friendly was next, the intake coordinator. She was stone cold and quite down. After that the nurses, psw's, anesthesiologist and the drs. are all above and beyond nice. Thanks, see you in 5 years.

What a nice experience. Every process is so straightforward without unnecessary waiting and the staffs are all smiling and extremely kind. I did colonoscopy/gastroscopy and the checkup time was only 30 minutes! Highly recommended.
Great staff that really took care of me. Not rushed at all. I highly recommend this clinic!!
