Everyone from the receptionist , hygienist and Dr. Fields were very pleasant and kind. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. They called to follow up and check in a few days after the procedure which I didn’t expect . Although I hope to not have to get another root canal again , I would come back to Dr Fields if I had to .

This is a few years back. I had a root canal done here. Recommended by my dentist. They were really efficient in my insurance information, my appointment and the procedure but I lost my tooth anyway. Why? Once it was done, I was told get a cap. I waited too long. Had the clinic been more helpful in that respect, perhaps a reminder, I would not have lost my tooth. Like taking off on an airplane but then pilot wants you to figure out the landing. Really a waste of a lot of money. Disappointing.

Thank you Dr. Alison Fields for diagnosing my 2nd molar cracked root. A necessary extraction proved to be the right decision :) Thanks for seeing me quickly. Tooth pain can be intense so I appreciate being seen quickly :)

"I recently had an emergency root canal with Dr. Alison Fields and was grateful to be seen so quickly. Dr. Fields was gentle and explained everything throughout the procedure—no surprises. The assisting staff were also wonderful and helpful, and the follow-up was much appreciated. I felt completely taken care of, and I'm now pain-free. The clinic’s atmosphere was calm and reassuring, making the whole experience as positive as possible under the circumstances. Bravo and thank you!
