I have been very satisfied with my experiences at Thornebrook Hair Design. I have never heard any other complaints about Jamie and was surprised to hear this one.
They are unprofessional and over priced!! When Jamie messed up my hair twice after keeping my $200 that I paid her up front, she offered to give me back $50. Only to tell me three days later, she took back her offer& would call the police if I came to try to get the $50. I had never yelled at her, put her down or disrespected her.
