Don’t rent from Thorne Realty! I’m a single female working 2 jobs, no kids or pets and just wanted a quiet and safe space to rest while in the middle of a separation and on a budget. Thorne breached the contract upon move in by falsely advertising washer and dryer hookup, the dryer hookup was outside and disconnected or cut from the breaker box. My property was managed by Thorne Realty for one year, and overall, I am extremely satisfied with their service. Thorne took care of my property and addressed the needs of my former tenants in a timely manner with respect to any repairs that needed to be addressed. In essence, I recommend Thorne Realty as a property management company of choice for prospective landlords.
Lack of communication. Money hungry. Can’t trust the application process since they basically had someone ready to move in and entertained the idea of me getting the rental and getting me and my co renter to pay $75 each to never inform the home was taken or that it’s been taken so I can move on with my search. Never using them again.
