I come from out of State, from Oregon to Texas. I went to go get my keys to the apartment, me and my grandma check out the place and when we open up the cabinets we found a dead roach, a baby roach I stepped on, I found a spider in the corner and then another dead bug within the room. I go to take a photo of the dead roach and get jump scared by a baby roach crawling around. I immediately turn to my grandma and tell her that we were leaving. Absolutely phenomenal experience! Eddie gives top tier customer service! The move in process was smooth and seamless, if any issues arose, Eddie was always on top of things and fixed them in a timely manner. The property was recently converted to new management and since then has undergone extensive positive changes. I highly recommend this property. Make sure you ask for Eddie he will take great care of you!
I’ve been here 8 months, like most apartments the gates stay broken. I had a visitor and even though they have visitors parking spaces you will still get towed. I wish that was explained more in detail. If the office is closed you don’t have access to the gym at all. Was never given key fobs and now you can only gain access to your mail using one.
