RecommendedMove in was easy & Staff is nice. If there was a rating system for parking it would honestly have to be a 3.5 because of the building we are in. Our building is cornered off & parking spots due to other residency is very limited, kind've like a get in where you fit in but for that reason.. I'll be getting a garage. Other than that, being on the 3rd floor is nice. Also, the neighborhood is quiet!!
so far I and my mother have enjoyed living here. the people are very friendly and the people at the front office is very friendly and answers any of our questions
Lovely place to live - We have good neighborhood and with public transport available connecting uptown charlotte. We have most happening malls/places to hang round here.
Safe and secure apartments.
Sometimes people have negative comments after they leave a situation. NOT so here. We lived at Thornberry for a few years during a transition time in our lives. I highly recomend it because of the care and consideration given to residents by all of the staff. They are professional, kind, helpful and always looking for ways to improve life there. Add to that the location, amenities and safety and it is a great place to be. Students, professionals, parents, children all will find it comfortable to live there.
Nice and quiet place to live in.. staffs are friendly and approachable!! Address any issues in time! They take great care of residents’ packages! Great community and location!
Everything has been great except that we've had quite a few things in our apartment that needed maintenance work. I love the gym and there's been a quick response when we need help.
literally home.. if i dont buy a house this year, i'll renew my lease for sure. 💚
the complex is kept up extremely well. maintenance team is amazing and always fix things fast.
