Was asked to leave shop and pushed in back while leaving. Was a customer of Rudy's for decades and brought Alex the new owner other customers to boot. Will not do that anymore.

Rudi the previous owner of this shop was my mechanic since 1999, a great guy, honest and great customer service. The customer service of the new owner is terrible. He is rude, disrespectful and not helpful at all. I had a flat tire and desperately looking for help. He hung up on me. If I could give zero, I would. This shop will go down under the new owner if he continues treating customers like this.

I entrusted this business with servicing my wife’s car, but our experience raised serious concerns about safety of the work being performed. We specifically requested all-season tires, and we have a text message from a staff member confirming that this was the request. However, the vehicle was fitted with summer performance tires instead. This was in January, the roads are extremely bad and there were huge snow storms. When I contacted the shop about the issue, the owner said we asked for summer tires.
