HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in thorn flats maintenance team and property manager. This is the THIRD occurrence the past 30 days out of the 3 months I’ve been living there where maintenance has disrespected the home I live in. The first issue being when maintenance came into my home with their salty snow shoes leaving stains all over the house that had to be scrubbed off. The place overall is nice upgraded equipment however I haven’t had heat now for 2 months… the team is responsive and comes out but they still haven’t come up with a solution after a bunch of visits. They gave a space heater which is running up my electric bill. Overall not satisfied at all it has been a very uncomfortable winter.
edit: there are simply too many things wrong with this apartment complex to name, but I will indulge you with the latest thing which has brought me back to edit this review. The heat in my apartment has been broken for almost a month (January 2025) and while maintenance and the office are aware, there has been little effort made on their part to fix the issue. Someday, i really hope they fix the parking issues. Unless you're home before 7 pm, good luck finding parking here! Especially if you live behind or in front of the leasing office. It's getting worse. When I moved in, I was told "one car per unit", but folks here have 2 cars and even their work vehicles parked here, its crazy! On days where you don't get parking, you have to find "other means". Im not going to say exactly what the "other means" because this management loves to target those rather than solving the actual issu... read more
