Summary: leasing will give you a hard time if your own property is violated and some staff is rude for no reason When I did my walk through before signing the lease a Hispanic lady with black hair at the leasing office who told me her name was Laura (I just learned that wasn’t her name) was rude. Someone had tampered with my car four times after parking my car in different locations in the parking lot. Spoke with Caroline, Laura, and Jaren and got to the conclusion that even with a police case number I am not entitled to anyone reviewing the cameras. I was told to wait over the weekend until Monday when my issue happened Friday and I still don’t have an answer on if anyone will look at the cameras. Even the officer was annoyed by them.
