AVOID this place! If at all possible, go to a different ER. Ugh.
ER wait time is 6hrs+, it’s one doctor and one nurse taking care of a dozen of patients ;(
Wander around on the 5th floor and get told to go back “to where you belong” by staff.
My doctor himself is great, and the upstairs is getting renovated, but if you can get yourself to Saint Joseph's? Do that.
A pros pro
The ER check-in staff didn't seem too concerned about me. Took 20 minutes for them to even take my name, with an empty waiting room. Nurses and doctors were great though. Friendly and knowledgeable :)
I hate hospitals
My mom has been staying here for a while. Things could be better.....
Very dim lighting.
