My daughter turns 11 in 3 months. She has some medical issues and her pediatrician recommended this place. We did a tour of the Centralia facility over Christmas break- we were assured she would have access as long as she’s with me. Unless you've been going there for many years, you are treated like an outsider? It is EXTREMELY clickish with people having their own spot in the pool, regardless if they come to class late. You are pushed out of the way and made to feel very unwelcome! This really stinks!!! And it's not a good image for the so-called community friendly facility? It's really unfortunate, because Crystal is an exceptional instructor.
This is a crooked business that just takes pleasure out of sending domestic violence victims to collections. I set up an account that I never used because my spouse was arrested and charged just a couple weeks after opening the account, leaving my disabled 4 year old and I high and dry and emotionally unequipt to handle anything but survival.
