Poor service, go to anytime fitness down the street, cleaner with better atmosphere.
Me and some of my girlfriends started doing water exercises and our instructor Crystal is amazing she works you to the bone haha not really but she will definitely give you a good workout. It's a very fun place to be in here. Five stars for Crystal for sure
I called to ask about membership. No one answered so I figure why not just go in person. Drove all the way here at 7:00am to find its closed for a week for maintenance. WHY DIDN'T YOU PUT THIS INFORMATION ON YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE AND WEBSITE?! It was so disappointing to drive all the way here so early in the morning to find it was a complete waste of time and fuel, especially when this important information could have very easily been put on your answering machine or your website.
We go there for the senior stretch and silver sneakers. Very clean and very helpful.
