After many years of serious problems with my right eye, and in the end becoming very painful, Dr. Cepela was able to not only make my eye look perfecty cemetric to my left eye, the serious and all but unbearable pain that went along with the problem, are now non existent, this man is a great Dr. a great individual personaly, and also a very caring Dr. where his patients are concerned, I'm sure he makes great money in this profession, but I can tell you from personal experience, I believe he does his job more for the satisfac... read more
