We will not be returning to Thomson Memory & Attention. When we showed up for our initial appointment, the front desk staff called back to notify the doctor that we were in the lobby. After waiting for 20 minutes, I went back to the front desk to check about what was happening. She said she'd call again, and said the doctor didn't answer, but she might be finishing up with someone else, so she left a second message that we were waiting. If you want a proper, thorough assessment from a qualified professional who actually listens, look elsewhere. I had a neuropsych assessment with Dr. Lana Loomis. I was not given a choice for what provider I saw. I was told the testing would be about 8 hours long, but I was there for 2 hours. It didn’t feel thorough at all. Super late on the review, but I had gone here a little over 2 years ago to be tested. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this place to everyone.

If you want to waste your time and not being taken seriously. I booked my appointment 2 months ago and got an email confirmation. Showed up and they told me they had nothing in their books. I later received an email telling me they reached out by phone,text and email. I have zero records that they tried to reach out by phone or text after the initial setup phone call. I did however receive an email and have records of responding to it. So besides wasting a day of PTO and driving the 30 minutes there and back. I received zero... read more
