Horrible! Only met us a few times then withdrew and won’t return calls or messages or give us our retainer back. Absolutely horrible.
Mr thoms respons quickly an will only meet with u on sundays I paid Mr thoms $900 an all he did was put in a motion to recall my warrents an got denied then the day of my court date he told me I didn't have to show up that he took care of everything and the next day got on my case and there was another warrent added an a failure to appear. Mr thoms then told me he would fix that an then we came to a agreement to surrender me an the day of my surrending he withdrew from my case and won't answer my texts or calls
Bad family attorney. He let the father of my kids get custody which isnt good. Kids dad had gotten a DUI with both kids in the vehicle. Kids dad failed 2 different drug tests. I Failed none and no criminal background on me at all. I feel he just sat there he didn't cross examine any witnesses there for a drug addict and alcoholic gained custody. Afterwards he was supposed to file a appeal for me and doesn't return any texts or calls. DONT USE THIS ATTORNEY
