Although there were some original problems with our service the company came through with a very reasonable solution that cost us way less money than originally thought. Thank you, Robison Plumbing for listening to our complaints and making things right.
We had a plumbing emergency the other night around midnight, I called around a few places and Robison was the only one that advertised 24hr service that actually had someone available and came out within the hr ! Nick was our technician and he was fast and friendly . I was so relived to get the prob fixed that night before my 3 kids woke up and had to get ready for school ! Thanks again �

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! These guys will scam thousands of dollars out of you. They will send inexperienced workers who you'll have to clean up after and still not fix the problem.... Matter of fact they'll make it worse. The manager isn't any better, he'll admit that his workers need help on there JOB EXPERIENCE..... But not give a refund. Trust me, this is not a company worth wasting your valuable time and hard earning money.

So sorry. Turns out our new locator had a defect and has since been replaced. I did refund 100% of what you paid for the locate weeks ago. If you have not received it yet please give me a call so we can take care of that.
Can't say enough positive things about Tim Patton - he did an excellent job in far less time that was expected and at a fair price. I have no doubt the work he did will far outlast anything that was previously installed. He showed me exactly what needed to be done, why and how - I am the 2nd one in our family to call Robinson and am thankful for doing so. Great company and great to have Tim doing the work! Thank you!
