came in today to see about swaping some boots for the correct size. The boots didnt originally come from there my wife ordered them online for me and got the wrong size. I offered to buy a complete set of new gear as an appreciation and was instantly and rudely told no. I was going to spend atleast $400 on new gear today, however there wasnt even the slightest bit of interest in customer service.
