Awesome powersports store! Awesome staff! Massive selection at great prices!! 🤘😎🤘
Purchased a quad there today. Made me a good deal and didn't take my whole Saturday to get it done.
I showed up before they opened with a flat tire. Lane and all the other employees were super nice making sure I was comfortable and getting to work on the motorcycle. I was back on the road within an hour with a new Continental rear tire at nearly 1/2 off regular price as well as an oil change. Thanks to all for great service and keeping this road warrior on the road.

Went there for the first time today! Everyone was so nice and willing to help out! I'm not from the area but I'll make sure to swing through there whenever I am in the area!

Bought brand new quad was told during the purchase that the first service would be free( says salesman)so I drop off the quad and get the call to come and pick it up and get told that I owe $250 for an oil change and inspection of front and rear differentials. I Will never purchase anything from the lying sales staff of Thompsons ever. I made a couple of phone calls after leaving to some other shops and found out that I'm not the first person that this has happened to from there!!

I'm sorry you feel that way Ryan. This service has never been free or offered for free. Every dealership has experienced the same thing. It is not like the auto industry. In fact we have applied a decal to every new vehicle since 2003 that states it's a customer paid service. All sales staff have been trained to never say it was free including your salesman that has been here over 10 years. We are sorry you are unhappy.
They stand behind a man who shoots puppies with arrows because it wasn't trained yet. Screw them and boycott them.
