To start off-Went in the store to return a youth FLY shirt & the worker said RUDELY that it couldn't be returned as it was passed 60 days. Okay- my fault there but the attitude he had could go! Secondly- my family just went to a local cross country race at which Thompson Motorsports had their trailer there... Which they chose to park directly behind the opening of our trailer door. Rude people every time I step in the store. Service dept said if I don't like the rates then go somewhere else. Mostly everything is overpriced and they can get away with it because there's no close competition in the area. Austin is a great Fly Rep but the store staff customer service is sub par

Hi Dillon! sorry u had a bad experience. My team strives daily for great customer service which starts with our greeters saying hello and thank you as our guest leave the dealership. We serve over 1500 guest walking in weekly and strive to log any issues as guest leave. Retail is challenging trying to make everybody happy as you know, but we love what we do at the shop or at the tracks. I am more than happy with Thompsons. I'm in love with the yz 250f I bought from them. I seem to take a trip up there every weekend now. I told them, "you take care of me, I come back". Couldn't be more happy with their service!
