JD was professional and courteous and explained his work and observations
I’ve been using Thompson’s for years. JD serviced my furnace today and was very friendly and thorough. He remembered me from six months ago when he serviced my AC. It’s nice to work with a company that employees consistent and personable employees.
Brad serviced our furnace this morning after a couple of chilly mornings. He was on time, very knowledgeable of our unit and the serviced our furnace quickly. I will definitely use Thompson’s Comfort Connection again to help maintain our HVAC unit.
