Brad worked hours in the hot sun and dis a great job with no complaints. Very reputable company.
JD was super helpful and friendly. Explained in a way I could understand what was happening to our air conditioner and jumped right it helping fix the problems. I highly recommend him!
AMAZING! We had a different company come out before them and they didn’t even try to fix our current AC unit, just quoted us a crazy amount of money to replace it. Hilario was incredible, he fixed our current AC unit and offered to look into parts we might need in the future. So helpful! They have my business for life!
JD Was very professional and knowledgeable. Did not try and push any services that weren't needed and wanted to fix the problem. Wasn't upset about a weekend visit and got after the issue and had it sorted quickly. Very happy with him and thus Thompsons Comfort. Would and will happily call them again for all my HVAC needs in the future. I will of course request JD.
