Cut me off on Harborview just now… pulled right out in front of me, then proceeded to tail me once I got into the left lane to take North… when they were going straight.. towards harbor heights, tried to run me off the road beeping at me… aggressive drivers. I can’t imagine what they’re work is like.. if that’s how they drive, then I guarantee their work is just as bad
Nobody wants their AC to go out, especially on a 2 year old new house, but parts sometimes fail. I called Thompson who did my initial install and they came out within 3 hours. They didn’t have the part (new motor) but obtained it and returned first visit the next morning. The lady whom I spoke to was very polite and kept me updated with calls, texts and emails. Ray the technician was very polite, very thorough and did a great job. Highly recommended.
