Wanted to give a shout out to Brian Johnson from Thompson Heating and Cooling from Port Charlotte. Did a fantastic job taking care of my AC unit. Very thorough, answered my questions and explained all that he did to the unit. Hopefully way down the road when the unit needs servicing I will have Thompson Heating and Cooling (Brian Johnson) back!
Unit went out on a Friday night. On call tech Tony R called back within 10 minutes and came out first thing Saturday morning to check problem and repair the unit, Luckily, part needed was on the truck. I've repeatedly used this company in the past and just recently referred a neighbor to them for some service. Exceptional all the way around. Thanks personally to Tony for being so prompt, courteous and efficient.
Thompson's is awesome. I have the maintenance program and when they come to check, all are very thorough and knowledgeable. When I have had an issue in between, they were "spot on" to arrive. Yesterday Tech Brian was here and how great he is & amazingly thorough and helpful, along with being kind. Great Company. Also, our grandson worked for them at one time and said the Company is good to employees. Thank you
