My AC wasn't working properly. I called Thompson's in the morning and left a message. They called me back that same morning and arrived at my house earlier than promised. The Tech was very professional and polite. He went right to work and knew exactly what needed to be done. He fixed my AC and charged me a very reasonable rate. It was a great experience having the technician come to my home and successfully resolve an issue that two other air conditioning companies were unable to fix. He appeared to be quite honest and trustworthy. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.
Built a brand new home in 2022. My Ruud AC was installed August of 2022 and we have had nothing but problems and breakdowns. As I type this it’s 80 in house and it will not cool. Thompsons AC knows about this and has only fixed it over and over. They refuse to admit my unit is a lemon. If every new AC from Ruud was like this no one would buy them.
