I started 23 years with Quality LP Gas in Griffin, Ga. And it was wonderful company. But they were bought out by Thompson LP gas and it’s been a nightmare. Now I am not sure if it’s just this location but their accounting and management department are awful. I’ve had several issues with huge bills out of the blue for one month of metered service with the prior month normal or zero balance. Usually it’s in the January, February and March time period. Brand new home at 40% called this company 10 days ago was told they'll be out in 5 to 7 business days....Called them back on day 7 to see when we'd get a refill and was told our request was just given to dispatch and IF there's a truck in the area we'll get a delivery. We are at 15% and have no way of knowing when we'll get propane delivered. This is totally unacceptable. If our builder hadn't paid this lease for a year in advance we'd get rid of them. Poor just poor.
