Jeremy Wyatt appraised a home I purchased in 2021. I had a conventional loan for a home I was going to be gutting and completely remodeling. He nit picked a kitchen sink that didn’t drain properly and said it needed to work so that I could “wash vegetables and make dinner”. I had a very good experience with Jeremy Wyatt when he came out to appraise a house I was planning on purchasing. He was friendly, professional and thorough! He took the time to look at all necessary areas and made notes of questionable issues. His appraisal was detailed and honest. I would definitely recommend him and his company!
