Lies and fraudulent, house falling apart, took 9 mo for a 90day install. Friendly but manipulative and never came back and fixed the used pieced together MHU that had used appliances, shower doors fell off 1st shower, dry rotted carpet, disgrace of a home. No drainage, foundation slipping, destroyed my land, tore up driveways and didnt fix nothing they destroyed. Man holes in yard, water standing under home, scrap wood used for porch and ramp, did no6 replace "same or similar" violated several laws and tems.
I have done a few jobs for them all the GC tha I have worked for has been nothing but nice but this GC Jake his a ass hole hi done have respect for anyone one how they keep there job I just don't know
They work very slow, but the end product was very good. I’ve been in my home almost a year. I’m trying to get them to come out and finish the small jobs before my year is up. It seems like they don’t want to complete the small jobs. The state of NC did their part; it’s time for Thompson construction to complete theirs. We’ve had our home 4 years and things are stopping or falling apart. The HVAC unit stop working after being serviced on a regular basis.
