I would not give them a star at all but that's not an option. Beware & stay away from this so called business! I purchased a LivingSocial deal for them and after many attempts and failure to shows for their scheduled appointment I gave up. A few weeks ago I noticed two people walking down my street. We have been doing business with Arthurs Lawn & Tree Service for six years, and are on our second project for this year as of today. We have always found them to be knowledgeable, conscientious, and professional. Projects have included tree removal, leaf removal, trimming of hedges and shrubs, mowing, and general lawn and garden maintenance. We have an additional project scheduled for several months later and couldn't be happier with this service. Also, we have been very happy with the fees for their services. Mcroll

Too bad I can't leave zero stars. If you've had the "pleasure" of dealing with Arthur's Lawn Service in the past, and just can't live without missed appointments, no call-no shows, and your voice mails being ignored - fear not! Even though he "went out of business" he's now around as TTC & Company and up to his old games again. If there's ever a Groupon, Living Social, or Deal Chicken deal offered by this company skip it. I didn't have that problem others had but i guess its true what they say you can't please everybody. But there percentage from the coupon is still higher then the percentage of bad comments.

DO NOT USE THIS BAD COMPANY!!! THIS COMPANY SHOULD HAVE ZERO STAR RATING!!! I also bought a voucher for their service on livingsocial.com. There was no way to make an appointment except online. It took weeks to hear from them and make an appointment, for which they never showed up. I emailed them repeatedly and sent them two phone numbers. Then they LIED and said there was no answer, despite both numbers having voice mail. Plus, I have my cell phone with me all the time. DON'T TRY TO USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT SOMEONE TO SHOW UP!!! This company has been nothing but frustration for me!!! I bought a voucher for their service on livingsocial.com. When I called to set an appointment they couldn't give me anything until weeks later. My appointment was for Nov. 17th- NO CALL, NO SHOW. It's now Dec. 14th, I've called so many times I've lost track, and I can't even get the courtesy of a call back, let alone getting them to come and do my lawn!! Do not use this service. I made an appointment two weeks in advance, for early in the morning. I had to take a day off work in order to be at my home. They never showed up; there was no phone call to say they'd be late or need to reschedule. Once they were an hour late, I called their number but there was no answer; I left a polite message saying that I was at home waiting, and requested that they call back.
