We asked Thompson Tree Climbers to remove some tree limbs from our back yard. They came to check the job and price was reasonable. We scheduled with them to come out, so my husband took the day off work. They ended up not showing up or calling, and would not answer or return our phone calls or texts. Looking further into this, their reviews and BBB ratings are terrible. In response to their bad reviews, they argue with their customers or give excuses.
