Some how installation technicians installed my new Trane Deluxe 2-1/2 ton 1st floor heat pump system and broke my 2 year old 2nd floor Trane Deluxe Heat pump system. Other than that everything else was great…. Update: Since I can’t get you all to come back for an emergency service call and troubleshoot the issue. I did a little troubleshooting myself. Steele, the technician was wonderful. He didn’t waste time. He assessed the jobs then got to work. I will call T&T every time for plumbing or electrical repairs.
