After having amazing service for years and praising Thompson with a great driver, we put our garbage can out last night and came home this afternoon to a full garbage. After calling and speaking to someone at their customer service who couldn’t offer us a credit and couldn’t pick up until next week, they’ve lost my service for their lack of empathy.
