CS and not taking all the garbage can half full several times. And to call like it’s your fault! All done with them . I’ve been with them since they started.
I’ve never had issues before today. One of the representatives that answers the phone is incredibly condescending and rude. I’m canceling my services because of her. Apparently others have too. If you don’t like working in customer service, find a new job. There’s a nicer way to ask someone to repeat themselves if you’re confused. If you never have to call them, then they’re fine. I just can’t support a business that keeps someone like that employed.
RecommendedThis morning the garbage man got out of his truck and grabbed garbage at our house that blew out of the garbage! He then dumped our garbage an extra time for my son to watch! Such a nice guy! Love Thompson sanitation!
We have had Thompson for several years and have been pleased with them.. One time we forgot to put it out and they came to the garage to pick it up...

I moved my business to Thompson Sanitation because Frank cares about our community. Every year, he donates garbage services to the entire Shinefest neighborhood--city blocks that need a facelift. That's the kind of business I want to support.
They are rude and hung up on me. I needed an "Orange Bag" pick up and they told me they did not like setting up a one time pickup. THE ORANGE BAGS ARE PREPAID. All they need to do is stop and pick them up. They said they would not do it. Do yourself a favor and use Waste Management. Sure they are a national business and cost a little more, BUT THEY DO PROVIDE SERVICE WITH THEIR SINGLE USE PREPAID BAGS.
I just called regarding my bill so I can mail my payment and Julie was very helpful. She explained what to expect and what to do. She answered all my questions. Very smooth transition. Thank you
