wonderful staff If your looking for a friendly,group of really nice people,go to or call Thompsons Appliance parts and Service.they know there business.Very helpful and did everything they could to help me take care of my appliance needs.
Beware! Run, do not walk, away from their service. Totally imcompetent. Took 3 trys for a minor repair. Very poor customer service attitude. Go to the big box stores or another family owned business that actually takes pride in their service.
Rediculous! If your looking for good customer service you wont find it here, was told i was out of luck when i called to report a problem with my serivce call. I still have a broken unit and i spent 600.00 dollars with them on a repair, rediculous.
Stop this buissness The company sold me a refrigerator, and when it was delivered it had a non- functioning ice machine, when i called to report it, they had the audacity to tell me it could take months to get the part needed to fix it. When i requested a new unit, they told me i was out of luck, and basically deal with it. Horrible customer service, Eddie the head salesman, couldnt be more incompotent.
poor managment Purchasing anything here is a roll of the dice, i have never in my life dealt with such poor store managment, they dont have a clue on running a buissness!
poor customer service....... very uncooperative on coordinating services calls and their online scheduling only results in a phone call telling you to call them to schedule. Opted to go with another company - would not recommend this company
Buyer beware The parts department told me my part was in stock and when I drove there to pick it up it wasn't there. They promised that it would be delivered later the same day and again it wasn't there. The second day I again called and was told it wasn't there but when I complained about being misled for a second day, it was suddenly located but the staff became rude. I was quoted a price of $17.50 plus tax but was charged an extra $5.50 for "shipping & handling" when I drove and picked it up from them! I spoke with a mana... read more
