I had an excellent experience with Thompson Roof Cleaning and Power Washing from start to finish. The level of customer service I received, from scheduling my appointment to the completion of the job,was truly top notch. Our technicians, Chris and Sergio, were outstanding. Chris took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process in a way that was clear and easy to understand, which I greatly appreciated. Chris and Sergio came a little before the appointed time and called prior to let me know they were on their way. They worked in the rain to power wash the siding and the pavers. From what I can see a job well done!
I have used Thompson to clean my roof, skylights and gutters and they do a great job every time. Ed and his team go above and beyond on the job.
We used Thompson again this year and the results were better than ever. They are very thorough and our siding and sidewalks look like brand new. Their employees are super nice and professional. Our new siding requires hand washing rather than power washing and they provide that service for a very reasonable price. Will continue to use them for years to come!
