Dr. Janusz Is absolutely one of the worst doctors I have even dealt with in my 50 plus years of life. I would not recommend seeing him if you can avoid it. He is an extremely judgmental individual with a god like complex who truly needs to grow up.
Dr. Zhao is a very knowledgeable, professional doctor. He was very helpful in my HNSCC diagnosis and in all follow up care.
Dr Zhao has great listening skills, gave me diagnosis and also additional information about my condition and how to further care for the condition aside from the medication he prescribed.
Dr Janusz did not practice good listening skills, he hadn’t reviewed my info prior to my visit and then disregarded my answers. “I’ve never heard of that …” Basically, it was a waste of my time seeing him.
Dr Janusz made me feel like I was bothering him in my first appointment. He sent me for another test. I waited for a follow up call to book appt. I finally called after a month and was told that he was on paternity leave the receptionist booked another appointment with Dr Zhoe. When I was supposed to get the call the receptionist called it was at the appointment time said he wasnt going to talk to me and rescheduled for a week later with Dr. Janusz who is in the office that day..
