My daughter contracted Thompson remodeling five weeks ago for a multi-step facade remodel and so far no progress has been made in any of the projects, They are personable but just OK in their communication. For example, they have a habit of returning calls Friday, late afternoons which is not a time indicative of genuine concern or a desire to address issues promptly and to the homeowner's satisfaction Will update with a full review if the project is completed.
