Unorganized, Unprofessional, Unbelievable the way this company operates. Make your choice carefully and go with a company that will actually meet your needs and not give you the run around. I dealt with the owner and if his daddy didn't hand him the company that he built he'd probably be working at a carwash.
This company always strives to do an outstanding job and never fails me. They are prompt with their delivery of product and I know I can always count on them. The other day I needed a rush order and it was promised by Wednesday. It arrived earlier. I will always use them. Thank you for great quality and awesome customer service!

Their will is good but their system is not. Lost a bunch of money waiting for them just to find out my order hasn't even started. After i receive the order, it was not even close to what i order. They didn't charge me for it (of course) but they did no effort on trying to fix the problem. They say they call or email but never did. My guest is that they doesn't care.
Thompson Print & Mailing Solutions ALWAYS provides us with excellent products. They have on several occasions put together shirts, flyers, notices, and banners and each and every time I am amazed at the quality of the product they present us with. I highly recommend this company to anyone who might need the services they offer. You will be glad you used them!
