Let me just tell you how unhappy I am with Thompson motors in Lapeer!!! We bought a 2015 minivan. The salesman never mentioned extra insurance you could purchase if the engine or transmission went out. He just said sign here it's an as is vehicle. Now 2 days before the first payment was due the engine goes out. The salesman Mark was fired days after we purchased our van. We go to them and talk to one of the owners Jake. These guys.... I dont know where to start. Paul helped us with the purchase of our vehicle and was awesome. Professional polite and knowledgeable of the vehicle we were looking at. About 3 weeks after we had issues with the vehicle and they took care of the vehicle NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Were absolutely amazing! Thank You Tommy, Paul, Ken and everyone else to take what could have been a bad experience into the best car buying experience I have ever had!!
Dont ever go to dealership and buy or have mechchanic work done!! Picked up our 2002 minivan from them last thursday that was originally bought from them. Was getting front brake line replaced on it after a week of having van back the right front wheel care off from tire not being tigtened down broke all the studs now its going to cast 200.00 to have it fixed SHADY REAL SHADY!!!!!
Experience was fast and they are friendly. Got the truck within 2hours of applying for it
