Bart Thompson and his team are AMAZING!!!!! This guy knows his stuff. 30 mins is all it took for him to fix our A/C!!! Not to mention nice, friendly, smiling. I was very happy with the job he did today.
They replaced our system, in n out, fast, easy to work with, honest people. Would recommend them for sure!
These people are the WORST and a huge SCAM! Do NOT hire them!! They came out to replace my Hvac thought my home warranty. First they installed it upside down and had to pull it out and redo it. Then he had me pay all upfront for inspections, permits and all and went MIA after he got my money!! I NEVER got the inspection I paid for and he never mailed me my permit!!! Hottest day of the year at 107f and A/C stopped working. Called Thompson Mechanical and got me going by calling me back right away and promptly replacing a part at a reasonable cost within hours. Now we are back to being cool and comfortable. Awesome experience
