Bad Sales Experience The selling process reaps with used car sales approach. Guys, this is Lexus, not Kia. I asked for info and brochure on new RX350, not hybird and no Nav. So he sits me in a Hybrid with nav and shows me how nav works. Then he asked me how soon I would be buying and then asked me to wait until he spoke with his manager. it was never about the customer and never about customer service. I do not recommend this dealership
Thompson Lexus is ok We bought a used Lexus from Thompson, and unlike all the other cars we got from Thompson (BMW, etc) this one has actually not been fraught with problems.
Poor Etiquette! My Family had decided to purchase a top-of-the-line Hybrid vehicle from this dealer. We arrived at the showroom with great anticipation in acquiring this newly re-designed machine. During the closing of the deal an event manifested which has prompted this specific appraisal: 1) Walking with the Salesperson towards the agreed trade-in vehicle, I stated with a clear, neutral and discernible tone of voice that I would need the license plate for transfer to the next designated vehicle. I wne to buy a car and my sales person was Gary Koch. He was the worst sales person. he was too busy with his own cell phone . I would never buy a car from this man ever!!
I went shopping for a Lexus IS and my sales person was Gary Koch. He must of been having a bad day because not only was he rude but he was too busy on his own cell phone to even show me the car. I would never recommend Gary Koch to anyone!!!
