Communication was not clear, two people were trying to help us and were not clear about what we needed on our end. A week before closing we were told that everything was in order then at 8 PM the night before closing were told that we were missing paperwork. Did not know closing costs ahead of time. A month after closing we are still waiting on them for payment information
My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Patrick from Thompson Kane & Company while in the process of buying a very unique home. Thompson Kane & Company did a really great job guiding us through the process of getting our first mortgage. They were very clear about what we needed to provide and followed through on the promises they made on their end. They were warm and welcoming every step of the way. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I had to provide the same documents a couple of times to different people on their team, rather than just the once. :)
Thompson Kane & Company, was more than Impressive. After using them on a personal purchase, they displayed, a dedication, creativity, strong work ethic and a personal aspect, I have not seen in the business in close to 10yrs.
