We made an appointment for him to look at what I needed done in a small landscaping project and he took care of the rest. I had a great deal of work done on my residence and I'm hugely satisfied with the result. It included creation of an extended walkway that looks better than I had hoped, creation of an extended wall of granite boulders, multiple garden plants, mulching and pine needle placement, River rock placement for drainage to preserve a retaining wall, grading and graveling a parking spot, seeding of the lawn, removal of a fence damaged by hurricane Helene, and washing of the house. I called Thompson's and James answered the phone! I told him what I needed done and he asked me to send him some pictures of my yard. Within 24 hours, I had a quote. He put me on the calendar and came out with a very nice crew about a week later. He did everything I asked for, was polite and courteous, and finished up the whole job in about 4 hours, staying exactly inside the quote. Highly recommend.
