Very good attention to the patient, love the new building, better having you own room
Ones admitted by my physician through the ER. Every staff member, including lab techs, ER doc, nurses, PCts throughout my admission are professional, engaging and respectful. I haven't been admitted in this hospital in 25 years and it has changed for the better. I'm proud to have this establishment in the community where I lived and have grown up in.
Excellent staff. Very clean. No complaints at all. I was in for an overnight sleep study and everyone was so kind. My appointment was for 9:30 and I was upstairs and ready for testing promptly at 9:30. The staff was kind and courteous from reception to departure.
Went there for same day orthopedic surgery, the level of care I received all way from valet parking to registration to lab techs to the escorts was the most pleasant and friendly experience. Then the care in pre / post-surgical area (Trish, Kate, sorry I can't remember last nurses name due to pain meds) and recovery area (Lisa) was the best I have ever experienced in my life. The entire hospital staff ( doctors, nurses, techs, phlebotomists, dietary and environmental services) are amazing. They made my stay bearable and pleasant. I will never go to another hospital
