It was the best experience I've ever had for surgery! Everyone was efficient & friendly! From registering to the nurses who prepped me, the anesthesiologist, and my Doctor!!Everyone was terrific! Definitely my choice for a hospital if ever I need it again! Highly recommend NDH!
I was there last night and even though they were super busy I have to say the staff was amazing always checking in to make sure I was comfortable and I had everything I needed. They kept apologizing for the wait but they didn't have too because I was always being cared for. The staff is amazing and I couldn't have been happier with their service. Shout to RN Randy you were the best!
From the get-go everybody was great! I can't say enough about the outstanding nurses in the Outpatient OR. Melissa, Patrice and Trish were absolutely knowledgable, comforting and personable. They made me feel extremely comfortable, before, during and after my procedure. Thank you, thank you, thank you ladies! I love this hospital!
Had my gallbladder removed 11/15/16. My first time to NDH. I want to let everyone know the staff from valet parking, registration, lab, patient transport, pre-op, OR, PACU were outstanding. I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. The staff were all highly skilled and professional. My questions were answered, my fears calmed. The units were spotless. I walked in there last night and felt like everyone cared so much about me. I will not go to any other hospital they all make me feel so safe and sound and comfortable! Thank you to the staff that works here I greatly appreciate the things you do for people. Y'all are amazing!
The staff was friendly and informative and the facility was clean and well maintained. I prefer Northern Dutchess to the other hospitals in the area.
