Josh Lyons and Dom Madder, did a beautiful install on our new HVAC system. Very professional and clean work, great attention to details. Then impressed the wife by vacuuming afterwards. Owner Kevin Thompson is a long time friend, his team including Scott and Brent along with the aforementioned team. Were awesome, losing AC in the July heat was bad, but they made it bearable. Thanks Gentleman.
AVOID Thompson Heating and Air! This has been the most frustrating and disappointing service experience I’ve ever had. They came out to my condo eight times and still couldn’t fix the problem. Instead of taking responsibility, they forced me to hire a plumber—who immediately confirmed it was an HVAC issue all along. Thompson refused to service my unit until I paid for the plumber, then sent my check back for the plumber’s cost! Kevin and the guys at Thompson heating cooling do amazing work, and take very seriously their motto of keeping people comfortable. I’ve been amazed at how fast they are when we’ve called them. They never suggest overpriced, less-than-needed repairs. These guys do everything with integrity and expertise!
We had a new furnace and air conditioner put in and Thompson was very reasonable. Everyone was so friendly. All done in one day.
I highly recommend Thompsons Heating and cooling! Perfect service from Jarod and Reed! Scott the salesperson has always been available for anything I’ve needed as well! Even the ladies that schedule appointments have been very helpful too! Andrew and Dominique are the two technicians that installed the whole system and they were very easy and helpful to work with! Very professional install! Hopefully they stay in business and more than likely will if they keep up the excellent work and Customer Service!!
