AC went out and they were there in an hour to diagnos. AC was back up and running within a day. Jacob did a great job and is very friendly. Will recommend and use again.
I’m going to upgrade from 1 star to 3 star because since my review they have refunded me the cost of the tiles, and the plumber. A verbal apology would have been nice but quietly refunding me is better than me being out the money and the headache. I guess pancake systems are hard to install 🤷♀️ AVOID Thompson Heating and Air! This has been the most frustrating and disappointing service experience I’ve ever had. They came out to my condo eight times and still couldn’t fix the problem.
