We just had thompsons install a new Ruud furnace/heat pump & air conditioning unit and I can't say enough good things about them! From working with Scott through the buying process, to having Josh & Trent install the unit, everything has been amazing! Josh & Trent did an amazing job installing the unit, and are super respectful stand-up guys. They pay attention to the minor details and make sure everything is 110% before the job is completed. Everything looks and works fantastic. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!!

Great job done by Thompsons on the install of a new Ruud HVAC system. Trent B and Josh L did a clean and professional job. Finished with a tour of the system and the thermostat. The whole process was smooth with the sales and Scot was professional and reliable in making sure my system was going to work between the initial sale and the install.

Jacob did an amazing job with our Mother when she needed assistance with her HVAC. He was very professional and understanding. Explained things at a level she could understand——thanks Jacob :)
